Do You Offer Returns or Exchanges?
We strive to provide the best quality and service for our customers. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Please carefully review product details and double-check that your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your purchase, as we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why No Returns or Exchanges?
Each item is made specifically for you when you place an order, which means we cannot restock or resell returned items. Our goal is to offer unique products while minimizing waste and ensuring the best experience for our customers.

Change of Mind/Mistake - While Order is 'In Process'
Most orders are sent straight to production once placed and cannot be changed. However, if you realize you’ve made a mistake, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to help. Refunds or replacements are not supported if incorrect product size or color was selected upon ordering or if you changed your mind after purchase.

What if I Have An Issue With My Order?
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out via the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

We will issue product replacements solely for orders that are defective, such as misprints, wrong color or size, or damage. If a replacement is requested, we will ask for photo evidence of the damage to review your request. The photos must include the entire product and a clear close-up of the damaged area.

Please note that we allow a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement on our products, meaning that minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects. Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that a replacement is not feasible. Our priority is to ensure you receive a high-quality product, and we will strive to replace any defective item first.
